Review: Christian Rinderman, aka C-Rock, has been a key figure in Frankfurt's house scene since the 90s, consistently delivering deep and funky tracks regardless of fleeting trends. His first release in 1995 included the club favourite 'Funky Dope Trakk,' which quickly gained support from local and international DJs. Ricardo Villalobos, among others, played the tune relentlessly for decades. In 2012/13, C-Rock's own label Lo-Fi Stereo remixed and reissued the track, but those versions have since become rare and sought-after. Now, 'All That Jelly' is reissuing the four original versions, freshly remastered from the original DATs, ensuring they'll remain dancefloor staples for the next 30 years.

Review: Germany's Marvin Dash is one of those house producers who is on the radars of those who know, but should have a much wider profile given his skills. He mixes up Detroit vibes and minimal grooves and has done for more than 30 years. Back in the early days he worked with the notorious Lowtec and was at the heart of the DIY scene in East Germany. Now some of his best work from that time gets reissued on this fine double album which is a quality blend of emotive house groves, loose-limbed tech workouts and immersive downtempo soundscapes.

Review: Reviewing Roy Davis Jr.'s impressive and deep catalogue, picking and choosing a few to represent him on a 'Classics Remastered' EP must be an impossible choice. With over 35 years of brilliant, genre defining music, we can't imagine how difficult this task must have been. Who hasn't heard 'RU Ready' on the dancefloor before?! Also included is the long version of 'Save Your Life' which has been a late-night jam choice for countless DJs. We're really excited to see the 1996-edit of 'Heart Attack' made the final track list also - this tech house masterpiece has killed dancefloors the world over. Hopefully there'll be more classics of Roy Davis Jr coming after this one - for now, pick these remastered gems up now.

Review: Brian Harden is a name that long time deep house heads will be familiar with. He has been crafting quality EPs for many years on a range of labels and this time it is All That Jelly who have put together a remastered reissue of his Instinctive Pleasure EP. The title cut opens up with quintessential deep house brilliance built on raw drums with bright synths bringing the soul. 'Bliak' gets buys with chattery percussion and zippy leads darting abut the mix. 'Wet Dreams' tips into hi-tek soul territory with its slightly more techno minded synth work and big drums and 'Suede Keys' shuts down with a heavy but emotive thump.

Review: Move D is an absolute mainstay of the European house scene. He is the sort of DJ who unites the heads and the party people - he can do big sets with dazzling highs and hands in the air moments but always with a sense of class, just as well as he can do super heady vibers that keep the ID hunting crew happy. This cult record harks back to 1993, when it was one of his first 12" records on Time Unlimited. It features raw, basement house with 90s samples and organ bass, upbeat sleazers and bubbling grooves that exude timeless cool.

Review: Berlin duo Dole & Kom, once known as Studio 54, have long embodied a shadowy, hypnotic take on disco house - less glitterball, more backroom haze. This early reissue from 1997 catches them at their most druggy and mesmerising, feeding 70s disco samples through crunchy 808s and looping vocal edits that stretch time rather than chase it. 'First Contact' sets the tone with thick low-end and saucer-eyed repetition, while 'Git Down Saturday' strips the funk to a skeletal pulse, filtered into late-night oblivion. 'Sid & Rachel' and 'Toni & Stephanie' feel like disco fiction - untold stories imagined on the dancefloor, locked in groove and reverb. Less homage than haunted mirage, this is the sound of vintage New York retold through 90s Berlin hardware, spun out for heads who prefer their nostalgia smoked and slowed.
