Originally released in 2009, Armin van Buuren and Benno de Goeij’s epic returns with a welcome reissue and two fresh remixes. A staple of uplifting trance, the original extended mix still shimmers with its soaring melody, emotional builds and undeniable memorability. It’s one of the last big trance tracks of that generation. On the flip, Gareth Emery delivers a deeper and more layered take, retaining the emotional pull but grounding it in a denser, slightly darker atmosphere. His remix is more introspective while still being able to work the dancefloor. AVIRA, on the other hand, strips it down to a pulsating techno framework. With a lower tempo and a slick festival sound, his remix reshapes Tuvan into something more brooding and modern without losing its soul. Together, the three versions are a look back at how a trance classic can be reimagined for today’s sound of popular dance music.
